To the fullest extent permitted by law, Just One Hub LLC shall not be held liable for any damages, loss of business, or profits arising from the use of this website or our services. In any case, our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

In some cases, Just One Hub LLC may recommend third-party services or tools to enhance your project. We are not responsible for the performance or security of third-party providers, and any disputes or issues must be handled directly with them.

We reserve the right to terminate any project or client relationship if the client fails to adhere to these terms and conditions or engages in unethical or illegal activities.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes related to these terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the state of Texas.
